Keep in mind they don't have to build them all out at once. They can get the cult. in LV and a disp. going first which can help fund the others. They possibly might even be able to use a few of their trailers to grow. Would depend on how the laws are worded. With state approval in hand, a working cult./prod. site and a disp. along with EG and COVP and all the other positives investors will be fighting each other for a piece.
