According to your theory, I shouldn't listen to the studies that taking 81mg aspirin daily will help prevent heart attacks, Vitamin C and Zinc will help your body recover from a cold, eat carrots to help my eyesight, etc.

I probably should ignore the commercials for Crestor, Abilify, etc., urging me to ask my doctor if I can take them.

Iassume from your remarks that you are a proponent of socialized medicine in which one size (protocol) fits all...by definition.
