I am giving him until end of 2nd qtr FINS in 2015

If he hasn't steered the ship by then I am selling out and taking my lumps. If we don't make it I am willing to take the 100% loss

This is a startup and one year at the helm will tell me if he is "DA MAN" or "DA DUD"

My DD indicates the former and not the latter however people with fantastic reputations and experience do not always succeed 100% of the time

I am banking that this is one that he is successful in

Further accumulation of shares are on hold however until he proves to me that further investment is worth the risk of additional capital on my end. These ultra cheap shares though are very tempting but waiting a little longer as I can see .007 or .006 more tempting and a more worthwhile risk

If it doesn't hit those levels however I am perfectly alright with it
