The simple truth as it still stands in America, even today..
1.) A man or woman acting as a Police, Prosecutor, Judge and Clerk lay or aids and abets in charges upon a man.
2.) Their positions offer them no Rights to interfere with his. Only an impersonal set of duties, obligations and privileges to perform for compensation.
3.) If the charges are demonstrably proven false by law, as only a man or woman can make and verify a claim against another, how can there BE a claim?
4.) Therefore, the man was burdened with false charges.
5.) These charges also falsely created an order to perform. This of course alters the course of the man's day. He has to do things he wouldn't have otherwise. This is a waste of his time, labor and resources.
6.) They have been proven wrong by not satisfying the requirements to make a claim at law.
7.) Thus, the man has been wronged and had his time, labor and resources impinged upon.
8.) The charges leveled against the man had a equitable valuation had there been a valid claimant.
9.) Thus, the man may demand relief from his loss (compensation) from each man or woman acting AGAINST him and interfering with his Rights for having issued an order to perform to answer for a false set of claims.
10.) Therefore, the man, against whom no valid claim was proven, remands his bill and requires his property returned to him.
That is the sum of the Common Law.
A claim is NOT the same as a complaint.
A claim is a demand or assertion of a right. Facts that combine to give rise to a legally enforceable right or judicial action. Demand for relief.
A complaint is a pleading that initiates a civil action; in Criminal Law, the document that sets forth the basis upon which a person is to be charged with an offense.
Likewise, a CLAIMANT is one that asserts a right or title.
A complainant is a plaintiff; a person who commences a civil lawsuit against another, known as the defendant, in order to remedy an alleged wrong.
You don't EVER want to act as aperson,(natural or otherwise) or defendant.
You want to BE a man!
Only then are your Rights in full operation.
