Exactly! After IR and other lenders gone, and a healthy share buy-back and a retirement of shares (in the billions I hope), a R/S will [should] follow. I'm guessing in the neighborhood of 550mil to 650mil O/S.

If MTVX lives up to the expectations we believe they have, with the varied products and patents, steady revs/profits, etc --- then well a dime ($55mil to $65mil market cap) is not only "funny," but conservative. I'm speculating .50!
