Some very misguided comments on this board supporting BYSD at this stage in the cycle...Still waiting for accurate reporting and PR's to invest me hard earned money. Short-term BYSD is not looking good people IMO. YTD this company has not implemented their ATM's into the market place, continues to report misleading PR's and information on their quarterly filings, and has not kept the traders up-to-date with their Oil and Gas endeavors. The list goes on and on suggesting BYSD is an incredibly distressed Corp with toxic debt IMHO.
All the facts presented here and in several previously posted messages support my position in terms of waiting for shares to go back to true support at .0004 IMHO.
