Does that mean Calkin receives every 3 months one million shares at whatever the price is at that time ? If that is the case then seems to me it is better for Calkin if the price stays low say for one year while he collects his 4 million shares. Then he can make the company flourish in a heartbeat and suddenly make those 4 million shares worth more.
