I really do hope they do have $1 billion worth of backorders from governments and the CEO wasn't just trying to hype.

It's just a guess but I think we can thank Inna for the reason SDE wanted to do a merger. He was building his company at a steady pace but once Inna started competing with stolen inventions Ovadia decided he needed to ramp it up a bit. Really the only thing holding him back was the financing. Now he's gonna get it.
