No one lied about the TA. Call them yourself and verify. Here's the number 503-227-2950. They said that the CEO of AVEW told them they could not release share information regarding outstanding shares and whether new shares were being issued. Obviously others got the same response I did, hence jay stating he's been getting a flood of questions regarding the TA today. Unless AVEW has now told the TA they can release this info then great. But that wasn't the case when I called.
