You are wrong too. If I wanted to sell at $15 or buy at $14 that's what Level II would show. So either there are no buyers or sellers and the market maker puts up their own prices or these are the actual buys and sells from shareholders. Since the numbers are odd 277 or 3022 that's highly unlikelly to be market makres putting up numbers. These most likely represent real shares from real buyers and sellers.
