On June 25th, 2014, Talbots Small Stock Stores announced that it bought 51% of Fontus' shares for 1.5 billion Talbot shares, and $10 million in debt financed by Wells Fargo. The deal was signed by Mr. Mark Seaton, President of Fontus, and two the remaining members of the Board.
