Anything under .75 I'm a buyer.. That said, I'm a long term investor here. I'm looking for 2-3$ in 12-24 months. I think that's conservative, especially if more positive changes happen soon in the current legal climate.

(But .. I personally have already loaded up , pretty full now so unless I can find some extra cash I'm just riding this cruise ship now and buying any dips.. :)
