Precisely! This whole all water will be wasted never returned to the earth and pending total droughts has gotten entirely ridiculous based solely on speculation. I reject that all water tower uses is forever lost in local area and only returned as rain to other locations it's just not reasonable.
That or those still dissatisfied simply need talk to city engineers and local experts that know a lot more info how water cycle there functions.100 percent of all water lost is just entirely incorrect. If that were the case all water used in city was 100 percent lost then city could not have maintained water for crops for 50 years.
