If I were running the company I'd cut down distribution to a few concentrated areas. Ideally in a market where the most energy drink consumers live... Then saturate that market with advertising. Street teams. Etc. Any and every marketing strategy. Only expand when you prove profitable. The end.

Saturate the coast stretching from Boston to Virginia beach.
