The results of a search for 14/176627 at http://portal.uspto.gov/pair/PublicPair show that the major patent they had applied for "FLUID TESTING APPARATUS AND METHODS OF USE" has now been formally issued (Patent number 8797180 "Recordation of Patent Grant Mailed 8/5/2014"
No publicity out on that yet, but then again if they're now wrapping up negotiations on a licensing agreement with, say, a $5 million up front initial payment, it might be nice to announce that in combination...
