98% of all businesses fail
but there is a common misconception that when a company on the pinks raises money to grow a business by selling stock that its a scam

clnp and every otc pink is a scam by that definition

its all relative to how you look at it

some go to a casino and lose money and immediately say its all rigged

the reality is that private or public most companies fail
the reality is that the house makes money and only the lucky gambler wins

the odds of a company, any company, being successful and turning a profit are very slim

if things dont go as planned or someone loses money in the process they immediately jump to the conclusion that its a scam and not the reality that the best planned companies dont always turn a profit

sure, they will sell stock, split, increase the os, dilute and do whatever it takes within the rules of the game to move in a direction of turning a profit so they can make money and in the process the sp will go up and down and smart flippers will gain

hopefully the plan works and a lot of money is made by everyone

but the hard reality is that if it doesn't and people lose money thats not a good enough reason to dismiss it as a scam if they are actually showing progress as they obviously are.

im just venting bc it gets old hearing the scam bs over and over with no support to show anything other than the normal workings of any pink company attempting to beat the odds and plenty of tangible progress to show that they do have a plan are actually working to carry it out as much as possible with the normal amount of success and failure that is to be expected in any business venture.

with everything that is unfolding im just waiting on the first pr to provide the gameplan, from there it can be determined if this has a chance
regardless of its odds the typical course of events with this type of situation is that filings are made, the listing is made current, the co releases a pr and the sp goes up
even if its a small run it can easily go from .0002 to .002 just in the usual course of 'typical' as we have all seen over and over

if it is a scam it actually has a better chance to be a good flip bc you know they will pump it and it could run to significantly higher levels to make for a really nice flip

the key here is that smart flippers grab the cheapies at .0002 and be ready for the run

i find it amusing when a ticker is bashed when there is no solid info and just a bunch of fictional guesses and half baked links of random associations to maybe possibilities

facts are facts, this is a new company and there is an above average chance that it will have at least one nice run otherwise there is no reason for someone to spend the time and money to acquire the shell
motive to do it is to raise money
this means it will run to some degree
this means its a good flip that is building up momentum

funny how the focus was that this isnt a company and now that that bs has been dismissed with facts there is a new attack angle
