Could be that you are right. MP may/could have removed himself completely. But he is still a very large shareholder.

Also that the ANGELs are incredibly and incurably stupid. Keep dropping bucks into the penny slots.

As you have posted, JB with nothing much to do around the LAB, spends a lot of time back home in CAL. I totally agree with that.
