Anyone know who the ONE company that is in the bidding for the ownership/licensing rights to Bob Tomassi's patents might be?

And, if he was given 1 million shares of stock in a deal just to consider AG, as others have mentioned on this board, then, that was a very good strategic move on the part of Shearin. Major League Baseball Organizations pay off shore free agent players millions of free dollars…just to purchase the preliminary rights to negotiate a contract with them.

IMHO, the importance of this patent, can be worth tens, or maybe, 100’s of millions of dollars one day, and a million shares, when there is 3 billion Outstanding Shares in play, is too cheap on AG’s part.

Offer him more shares…or whatever it takes to buy the other buy out…for, whoever controls these patents have a legitimate chance of ruling the MJ “roost”.

Hopefully, Shearin is smart enough, and aggressive enough, to add some more goodies to the package that can be offered to Robert Tomassi. Some things could be to add a small percentage to any, and all, deals struck with other futuristic companies to purchase licensing agreements that are covered by Mr. Tomassi’s patents. The royalties can be small percentage royalties, that can grow larger for Tomassi, as AG becomes more financially successful. ARE YOU LISTENING, SS? You lose these patents…YOU LOSE THE GAME!!!

The longer the official signing of the legal documents to obtain the patent rights from Robert Tomassi, the longer there are opportunities for things to go wrong. Things such as a company with deep pockets, that can out bid ERBB. And, this is a contractual agreement that should have been finalized soon after the PR was put out to confirm that there was a preliminary agreement. GET’ER DONE, SHEARIN!!! Get those lawyers faxes working over time. Do not play around with something that can make us all, or break us all…I encourage you to understand the urgency of closing this deal with Tomassi…
