I fired up the laptop so I could properly format this post.

Emotional: Check
You try to rule this board with an iron hand. You're not even a mod on this board and if you were to become one I would petition to have you removed.

Irrational: Hardly...

I'm only interested in the water variables that directly affect the San Luis project for SWET.

You're not looking at the larger picture.
My post was about changing conditions that could effect the entire area. Changes that are WAY beyond the control of a small town such as San Luis.

Based on my analysis I see absolutely minimal risk

That's your opinion, it's not the final word. IMO your analysis is incomplete and it's based on looking backwards not forwards. Yes, the property used more water than the tower when it was used for agriculture. That doesn't mean that that water is going to be available in the future. It's going to take 20 years to fulfill the commitment to National Standard. That's more than half your lifetime. LOTS of things can change in 20 years. The drought may not be important to you but I can pretty much guarantee that it's important to National Standard.

I have zero interest debating water situations elsewhere

If you aren't interested in debating the situation then WHY ARE YOU DOING IT. If that isn't irrational I need to re-evaluate my understanding of the meaning of the word.

if you foresee risk I'd contact company

I may present the question to the company. I don't consider anyone working for such a tiny municipality as
San Luis being much of an expert, so I'll direct the comment there.

IN THE MEAN TIME I WILL CONTINUE TO POST HERE IF I WANT
My membership here is equal to yours.
In fact, I PAY FOR MINE.
As long as I abide by the rules I can post what I want.
You can rise up and try to slap me down but I'm pretty stubborn.

How many posts have there been with links to pretty much identical news stories? I didn't see you trying to squash any of those posts.

Buzz Off...
