The $ is directly applied to purchase of fuel. And paid back with the proceeds from the fuel sales


WHICH MAKES DEBT!

SO THEY BORROW MONEY TO BUY FUEL, AND ALLEGEDLY WILL PAY IT BACK, ONCE THEY SELL SAID FUEL. THAT IS CLEARLY DEBT CREATION!!!!

When you borrow money, that you will need to pay back, how is that NOT debt????
