REAL Key-Points about AMEL to keep in mind!

1. AMEL and all 'lithium' penny stocks like LTH* AML* and so on, only ran up in MARCH because Tesla announced plans to build a lithium battery factory, which AMEL couldn't possibly supply lithium for, since they don't even produce lithium.

2. AMEL isn't really a lithium stock, so the trend of lithium stocks doesn't really matter unless buyers are only buying because 'lithium' is in their current name an they didn't do any research to see what the company really is.

3.They are changing their name to Integrated Energy Solutions, Inc and will be a company focused on natural gas, propane and petroleum products to utilities, fleets, industrial and commercial markets, services such as IT, environmental remediation and hazardous waste. NOT LITHIUM.

4. NOT a $6M 'contract' either, it's a loi to acquire a business called 'Patten' with an alleged $6m in revenue.

5. Do you really think the share structure will stay, what you call 'low' when the A/S was JUST raised to 2B shares, and they don't have any money to make the acquisition of Patten from the recent loi, so how are they going to complete the loi? Again, Monopoly money maybe? Nope, they will either issue toxic debt that converts into 500M+ shares at a discount to the current market value, or just pay with newly issued shares issued below face value.

THEN, they will still need to raise money to operate their business, which is where even MORE toxic debt is issued, resulting in even MORE shares issued from conversions of toxic debt. That is why AMEL raised their A/S to 2 billion shares and why toxic death spirals are called toxic death spirals.

Did you read AMEL's filings? You know their 10Q was supposed to be filed on Aug 14th and they requested extra time by filing a NT 10Q which gave them until Aug 19th, and well, they STILL haven't filed their 10Q and are now 2 days past the extended deadline they requested...
