Pps has stayed steady in the .0006-.0008 range for quite some time. That doesn't qualify as dead. August volume is slow in the OTC. It wouldn't take much volume to push this into the .001s. There's plenty of life here- just that patience is hard to have with OTC stocks that take a little bit of time/volume to move.
