Hello. new here. For you all watching L2 and notice .0041 and other quotes saying .0048, this is because of an order going through of less than 100 shares. it must be over that in this case for it to reflect. (this according to TD). Point is, nite is trying to get in at 41 as they change their bid up to 41 just after they (nite on ask) used <100 shares to attempt to induce some dumping. My opinion there. I think this is ready to move, and they know it. Good luck all.
