I guess you don't have much experience with the SEC. They will never tell a caller that something is legal or illegal. Instead, they investigate and tell the public.......absolutely nothing.

If someone has a question about a specific regulation or law, the SEC will provide an "interpretation" of the issue, which becomes official SEC policy in the matter. Those interpretations are later published to guide other issuers. Several of the issues we are discussing here with HHSE's non-compliant EDGAR filings have already been addressed by the SEC and published. And each one details how HHSE is breaking the law. Good stuff, those SEC regulations.
