I spoke with Joe Vazquez, just moments ago....

Well, I spoke with Mr. Joe Vazquez and asked him a few questions. I also made a few comments on how the overall sentiments (feelings) are with the current shareholders of ERIF.

First off, I would like to say that the company itself is real and that the merger is real. However, I was given no details as to who the partners are in the merger. He could not legally elaborate on any financial aspects of the merger or anything of the like. I told him that I understood all of that and did not expect details, perse, but I did express the importance, immediate importance, of getting a PR out to the shareholders so that we may be updated with the progress of the merger. He understood and agreed that a PR needed to be done and sounded to me as if one was being worked on. He didn't say that, but by his overall demeanor, it sounded as if he already knew what and/or why I was asking/calling about.


I asked him when could we expect a PR to be released and he told me he couldn't comment on a concrete time frame, but that he expects it to be 'soon'. He did express his understanding that a PR does indeed need to be released to the shareholders. I reminded him that many of us have waited patiently, some of us for several months, and that this stock is traded on the OTC market. I shared with him that some of the shareholders are concerned that this is a scam and an illegitimate business. He assured me that this is indeed a legitimate business and that the merger is real.


I would personally expect a PR within the week; within the next 5 to 7 business/trading sessions.

One more thing, I forgot to include this in the original post....

I told him that the stock has been sitting at .0001 for months, and he actually acknowledged this fact. I told him that this alone has caused a bit of a sour taste in the months of the faithful. He didn't responded to that, but that wasn't my point in telling him that. I was making a statement, not asking him a question.
