No one has any idea when the PR's are coming out. However, that does not mean they are not coming. They will be here soon enough, as soon as Kim decides the time has come. You see, you have no faith that they are coming; I KNOW THEY ARE.

You still don't get it, do you? Kim is moving the way he is because he is waiting for others. He is waiting for approval from the Vietnamese government. He is waiting for test results, or he is waiting for news on the amount of MS is being produced. He is at the mercy of others. Why do you not master this concept? These things are out of his controls, so I imagine he is frustrated also.
I have always said that the current PPS is totally meaningless, and it is just that, unless you are in a position to buy cheap shares. I did just that several minutes ago; I bought cheap shares.
Just because I state that the PPS is about to explode to the upside does not mean that I really care about it. It will come when it does. I do not worry about it or anything else when it comes to KBLB. None of us have any control over the PPS, so I just use the current price to add to my shares, as I just did. Not sure what one has to do with the other, unless it is in your mind.
I have limit orders in right now to buy in the mid to upper fours. You should do the same....
