""As of 2008" is not out if date"??? Huh?

A statement on a web page such as "as of Jan 2008" means THAT IS WHEN THAT PAGE WAS UPDATED. PERIOD. It's like saying the "time right now is 1:30 PM" or "This book was printed on Jan 1st 2008". It's plain English.

There's nothing to debate- the information is 6 plus yrs old. Look up the names- and see if they're even at the locations listed in that table.

Jan 2008 was right before the IPO, when BHRT actually had a fairly a decent size staff- including regulatory affairs people, science staff, etc. and they still had a little bit of money left. The IPO was then in about Feb 2008 and then it was straight down from there and delisted from the NASDAQ almost 1 yr later to the day- and then the slide into pinks/OTC and penny-ville. Does one really think they're still retaining that entire "advisory board" today, as a sub 3 cents, 4 person penny stock? Really??

I just picked a random name off that list of "advisers" and Googled it. The BHRT web page says that Edward Diethrich, M.D., is at the "DIRECTOR at Arizona Heart Hospital Phoenix".

Well, CURRENT FACTS show a few problems with that OUT OF DATE INFORMATION.

Here is the UP TO DATE FACTS a simple Google search revealed:
http://www.bizjournals.com/phoenix/print-edition/2012/01/13/heavy-heart-noted-valley-surgeon.html?page=all

He's NOT THERE ANYMORE. UP TO DATE- not 2008. Edward Diethrich, M.D. LEFT the "Arizona Heart Hospital" a couple of YEARS AGO and is NOT it's "director" as the BHRT, 2008 data claims. See how easy that was?

Here's more:
http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/726311

The "Arizona Heart Hospital" on the 2008 BHRT DATED INFO PAGE- went BANKRUPT, in 2010, FOUR YEARS AGO.

"as of 2008" means just that, it WAS, PAST TENSE, "current" over 6 years ago. That's what it means IMO, and it's not debatable. Simple Google searches will prove it.
