To clear up some of the mud, I spoke with Mark today.

Me: So I was having a conversation with a couple shareholders who are speculating an RS in the near future base on trading behavior. Could you possibly give any info on this?

Mark: I'm leaving it to the CEO, but our goal is to not restructure until we have revenues coming in regularly. So there are definitely plans to restructure because since our team came on board a while back, this has a been a bloated share structure
But we're also talking about something that keeps everyone in the game-- a 10 to 1, something like that
and no steps have been taken to move forward

Me: So absolutely no RS until steady revenues are rolling in? Will there also be a warning if/when the RS is coming?


Mark: I can't speak for Thomas, but I know that's our plan and, regardless, I learned my lesson in terms of restructuring without notifying first. If and when we restructure, we'll announce the details before starting any process to do so
