No it's not. It's a public shareholders meeting, rather than some secret society gathering exchanging secrets.

As a matter of a fact, I've been in shareholder meetings, conference calls etc for CSCO, GE and ATVI for over 5 years each, some as long as 10 years. Fore big companies, you don't even have to record it, it's recorded for you as it happens and saved on their website for anyone to access at future dates.
