Huge Bullish Divergence in play here right now! Major reversal could start at any time, especially given yesterday's high buying volume that came in at more than double the daily moving average, it could send the pps upwards at any time! I was told by someone who follows and knows charts extensively, that this current Accum/Dist Bullish Divergence is the biggest he has ever seen on a Accum/Dist chart and that a reversal seems very imminent! Accum/Dist Divergence
Divergences play another huge role in analyzing the ADL. It is believed by many that volume precedes price so any instance in which volume and price are heading in opposite directions should surely be noted. ADL will help the trader identify these instances.
Bullish ADL Divergence is when the ADL is trending upwards while price is trending down. ADL trending up shows an increase in buying pressure (Accumulation).
