Doing so is would spoliate the discovery, opening up the lawyers to disbarment and the case to further discovery.
even a spurned secretary, or aid for promotion could do a lot of damage if date changes or documentation is shown to be hidden. Only has to be revealed to plaintif and judge.
now if they whistle blower released to the Press. They would a whole different story. But as long as Plaintiff does not release confidential information provided by the gmnt. they are not in violation of the judges orders.
