That website has been parked for nearly a decade, Fanpic.. And what market? Celebrities backing this? No. The stock manipulation paid for the website parking fees IMO so good job sheeps
Board, the CEO won an award as a mobile visionary, but what original app has been created... What solidified himself as the award winner among so many qualified applicants? Because he made thousands of apps... Like travel Georgia visitor guide, travel Dallas visitor guide, travel buffalo visitor guide, travel .... You get the idea ... Oh wait there was that one that was really good but the updates were terrible - they need a large support team not one full time employee and two part timers to manage and update these apps per 10q
Also, on the website they are OC top 100 companies in 2013 (needs a minimum of 35 employees to qualify) - so how did they qualify? When did Monster Arts/Offers/Appz have that level of employees? No filings have them even close... Fraud?
Fraud, toxic, selfish- and what's worse CEO reads these boards and goes hmm let me cover my ass, let me get the hype back up let me write another press release let me list my business address as a non existent office let me pay my employees in shares and pull the rug from under them... Let me tell investors not to buy, let me play games with them...
My over caffeinated opinion - not investment advice (though I did stay at a holiday inn last nite -- using my travel America visitor guide...
