If we are going back to 2010 I can see why someone would feel they were mislead. LBSR has all this gold in AK with the ZTEM report, than they received a loan from NAK than had a proposed JV with NAK. Everyone at that time felt this was going to $$$'s. Than JB does not sign the JV with NAK (he said in meeting at chicago that he did not like the deal and would not sign it). Than the AP law suit which LBSR gave them millions of shares started our slide down to were we are at now. JB knew he did not like the deal with NAK and still NR it and it seem he was going to sign it, he also must have known he was going to get sued by AP because he was wrong and had to settle with them. All that is in the past and I can only hope that HM will be the big deal that it should be.
