Maybe they didn't anticipate the m&a at the time if the projections. It's business, opportunities present themselves and as a company you make decisions. Things take time, IMO ntek has been developing and maturing rapidly just coming out of r&d. I have actually been appreciating that they have been holding their tongue about what they think will happen until the events actually occur. That's how I perceive the recent silence anyway. We can nit pick every word of the letter but until the events in question are set in motion, we're just going to have to be patient and enjoy the big picture unfolding here. I would expect less communication from ntek the bigger they get.
