i've no problem with how they used the note, they set themselves up well as a sort of first mover, but i do believe the maturation of the note will affect their books per next fins regardless of how it's broken down. essentially vpor has money in pocket that is not really theirs at this point... a lot of that "money" is yet product to move. there is still much work to be done. hopefully the various rumors of distribution deals beyond FL come to fruition, franchising also would be positive but don't see that happening this qtr to be honest. should be an interesting next couple of months...

it's a high growth market right now and ultimately i'm just glad mgmt realizes that and is taking the steps
