Blackbird are very excited by the recent developments at SDE and
Wave Electricity Renewable Power Ocean and anticipate additional announcements following the closing next week.

I'm curious about the necessity to bring WERPO into this but I am very excited about the news. I know there are those who will say another delay blah blah blah but I think we are golden. There is no dilution. There is a lot going on with this merger. I appreciate that that takes time. Its unfortunate that they keep imposing their own deadlines and missing them but they seem to be getting better at updating share holders. They didn't hang us out to dry for several weeks this time. It also sounds like the only reason news didn't come sooner is because they were expecting things to be finalized any minute.

This may jump or dip depending on how people take the news. To me its further confirmation that this is getting done very soon. IMO if it does dip its not a big deal. The impatient traders selling on the delay would be the very same ones flipping on news.

I believe we are in store for some great days here very soon.
