If that is the case, there are buyers snapping up the shares. That is definitely a POSITIVE.

That is inconclusive. On heavy selling days like today, we have no way of knowing whether there were "real" buyers on the other end of the trades, or whether it was the MM's acting as the buyer per their stated role. Any shares purchased by MM's will be churned back into the market, so that would NOT be a positive.
