Example;
BEFORE; the R/S If you had bought 1million shares for say .001 pps =1000 invested.
AFTER; the R/S you would have 100 shares at 10.00 pps = 1000 invested (same as before R/S)
NOW; pps has fallen to .18! Your original 1k investment is worth 18 DOLLARS!!
IF; They do a forward split "F/S" say just a 10:1 that would put the pps at .018 and your shares would increase in your acct to 1,000 shares BUT still only worth 18 DOLLARS!
THE PROBLEM; you would need the pps to then increase 5,455% from .018 to 1.00 JUST TO BREAK EVEN!! with F/S in OTC's the Co's may temporarily increase liquidity but that's usually a set up for another R/S in a later date. Therefore you will more than likely NEVER recoup your original investment.
For new shareholders after a F/S this might be a good QUICK flip but for the original investors there IMO screwed.
