No. You're getting dilution confused with actual volume. And when you have a diluted pig like UTR* trading in the trips, you will always have volume because a million shares cost you $900 at .0009 whereas a million shares of DIDG cost you $32 Grand at .032. You get a more sophisticated investor in a 3 cent stock like DIDG than you do in a triple penny diluted pig pos subbie like UTR*.

UTR* is just a flip play now with so many shares and no actual product.
