ROTFLOL!!!! otcshortreport does not provide accurate short info, they get their numbers from the daily report, which FINRA themselves say is not an accurate gauge of actual short interest, that's why FINRA publishes the actual numbers, the 1's I provided here, in a bi-monthly report.
