It was very odd that if Fowler was acting as a Lone Wolf he would have Melvin Leiner as the IR contact person.

As for the SEC suspending DNAX or any other stock - they generally depend on well laid out reports submitted to them so they have a place to start the investigation.

It seems there is enough information to submit to get the investigation started.

Plus, it would be interesting to listen to Fowler's side of the story.
