Yes and no. Green Cures IS setting up to either enter mmj/mj market or offer a product containing higher amounts of THC. That's the only reason they would be pursuing the Uruguay connection as that country is currently the only one in the world to have legalized the growing of mj. They can get hemp grown anywhere.
