I like how the reports refers to the Board of Directors approved changes. From what I know there is no BOD at all.. Just our buddy Wayne making all his own decisions acting as BOD as just one person. Who are the other major shareholders they are referring to when they said they approved the changes? Who are they?
Someone enlighten me please.
