Here is a thought
Ervey time the SEC responed back on the Vitacig S1
The company would let us know when they would respone back
to the SEC . We then would see the the admend S1 on the SEC site
within the time period stated. For some reason this time they
have not filed in the time period that has been stated in the press release.
So I decided to due some more research on S1 filings.
Here is what I found.
It looks to me that Vitacig might be working with the SEC
on the new admended S1 right now fixing the errors .
Once the SEC tells them everything looks good they will then
make the filing and we should see a Notice of Effectiveness
the next day.
The reason I say this if you look at some past history on other
company filings. When they file there 3rd & 4th admendmeant
the Notice of Effectiveness is that day or the next day.
So all the investor sitting on the side lines right now waiting
for the new filing may not get a chance to buy shares for the
Div.
Did anyone notice that in the last press release they stated the
Div date will be the day of Notice of Effectiveness not the day after as previously stated.

In total the company received 9 comments, down from 19 the previous round, and 42 in the initial round. The company is preparing to file what it hopes will be the final S1/A in the next 10 days. The company reminds shareholders that the effective date for the VitaCig, Inc. spin-off and pro-rata dividend of (1) share of VitaCig, Inc. for every (1) share of mCig, Inc. will be the date the prospectus (S1/A) is declared effective by the SEC.
