even they issue or issued new share as payment no problem at all because they have established product (exist product with great function ) we are not talking here at all about lab issues test issues licence issues from government , again to remind every one the product is ready to be distributed needs costumer so we have some important strong base plus if they add other product too specially MMJ ,as long as they don't issues convertible loans with low or discounted share price again this kind of loans will effect the share price at the maturity date and I don't thing Baritz will issue this kind of loans ,I am sure he will need to issue common shares but not at all the convertible you will say why and I will tell he is running real exist product, so the only thing here after2-3 week the NSAV will be fully functional with the website and starting sell so let us hope we are in the right direction this is my opinion
