So.... Where did that 52 million come from? And in who's pockets did it end up in? Did 52 million dollars really physically change hands or? I mean, are the suppliers not being payed and PHOT is 52 million in arrears? Or is this debt convertible into shares by any vendor? Was it salaries and bonuses in the form of shares and where they sold? Combo?

Having a hard time evaluating these earnings. How many new shares were issued in the quarter? What is the total number of outstanding now.

Just trying to get caught up here.
