Snow, I agree, Solomon is a smart entrepreneur. As he has said he has started this company from a blank sheet of paper. He is to be credited for putting this puzzle together and building what has to be a potentially huge food production and distribution business and with a bit of luck retirement for all of us.

However, as an entrepreneur, he is typical in that he is single focused grow, grow, grow. Get there any way and by all means you can. He has operated outside of his expertise or has failed to listen to the cogent advice of other. He has a horrible board with the exception possible of Dan, who tend to nod their heads, collect their fees and for the most part not even buy the stock. Solomon finally hired a CFO something the company desperately needed for years. I hope she is solid and I hope he listens to her.

Now the priorities are crystal clear, I don't know how many times I have to repeat it. Get the Nasdaq approval, hire folks that can get it done, invite them to see the operations, show them that we are legit. Get the financing done, stop being cute and cut the best deal and do it NOW. Get a top flight PR firm and do a comprehensive road show. Start meeting with institutional investors, invite them over. Demand cures all... Hire great ethical managers to run the operations and focus #1 on building value for the shareholders, that is the number one job of the CEO.
