After investing 90k here.....I'm starting to think I should have approached the company for an 8% note instead.......then I could convert those to shares down the road at a cost average basis much less than my 10 cents.

Just saying.......I hate it when expected good financials make an SP go down. Happened with another stock I own today. Makes me think insiders are dumping on expected news.....
