I hear what you are saying. Well from what I have been reading and placing together is that we are supposed to have license by end of month. But more so we are supposed to get a string of PR's that should impact the PPS in a positive way before the PR is released. These are never overnight successes but I would think with the right string of PR's (back to back) coupled with the license PR that removes all investor doubt we could see a surge to 50 cents instantly and for a new base at 50 cents. Then work upward from there.
