Yeah of course no one except Intel can produce working chips and smartphones are a mirage

Perhaps I was unclear. Of course everyone needs lots of test wafers, but Intel would never call it revenue material. TSMC wouldn't either except the customer's first silicon is paid for so TSMC calls it revenue material. Keep that in mind when reading TSMC press releases. To Intel, revenue material is essentially fully qualified material going to a customer for eventual retail sale. It's not first silicon, samples, qual material or evaluation material. TSMC may call all that revenue material.
